Emirates has entered into a strategic interline partnership with Air Peace, significantly enhancing connectivity for passengers traveling to and from Nigeria. This agreement expands Emirates’ reach to 13 additional Nigerian cities, offering hassle-free single-ticket travel and simplified baggage handling for customers.
Under this arrangement, travelers flying from Dubai to Lagos will have seamless onward connections to key domestic destinations, including Asaba, Akure, Benin City, Calabar, Enugu, Ilorin, Kaduna, and Owerri. Additionally, the interline agreement benefits corporate travelers, facilitating access to Abuja, Kano, Uyo, Port Harcourt, and Warri—key business and economic hubs in Nigeria.
This partnership further supports the strong bilateral trade relationship between Nigeria and the UAE, boosting business, tourism, and trade opportunities.
Adnan Kazim, Emirates’ Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer, emphasized the airline’s commitment to Nigeria’s tourism, trade, and aviation sectors; “This partnership with Air Peace is the next step in bolstering our connectivity and introducing more travel options for corporate, leisure, and visiting friends and family travelers to and from Nigeria. We look forward to strengthening our strategic relationship with Air Peace in the future to enhance benefits for our mutual customers.”
Oluwatoyin Olajide, Chief Operating Officer of Air Peace, highlighted how the agreement aligns with the airline’s mission to enhance global connectivity for Nigerian travelers; “This strategic partnership with Emirates is a significant step toward expanding our route network and providing seamless, world-class travel experiences. It not only increases Air Peace’s international reach but also facilitates smooth access to domestic destinations for travelers arriving from Dubai.”
By improving travel efficiency, the collaboration strengthens Nigeria’s aviation sector, positioning the country as a crucial hub for both regional and international travel.
Passengers flying Emirates’ Dubai-Lagos route can enjoy the best-in-class experience aboard the Boeing 777-300ER, featuring regionally inspired multi-course menus, a selection of premium beverages, and over 6,500 entertainment channels through ice, Emirates’ award-winning inflight system. Travelers can also enjoy 23 Nigerian movies along with a diverse range of series and international content.
As one of only two airlines operating First Class into Lagos, Emirates’ partnership with Air Peace will offer more Nigerian passengers the opportunity to experience the luxury, comfort, and privacy that define the airline’s signature service.
With this enhanced connectivity, both airlines are set to redefine air travel for Nigerian passengers, ensuring seamless, world-class journeys while strengthening economic and trade ties between Nigeria and the UAE.
