The Edo State Development and Property Corporation (ESDPC) has announced plans to roll out the third phase of the Emotan Gardens City project through a strategic partnership with the Nigerian Army.
John Zedomi, the Managing Director of ESDPC, revealed the development during a courtesy visit to Post Service Housing Development Limited (PHDL) in Abuja. The partnership aims to deliver quality housing solutions that cater specifically to the needs of Army personnel and their families.
Zedomi highlighted the importance of the collaboration, stating, “Our visit to PHDL was pivotal in strengthening partnerships to ensure the successful delivery of Emotan Gardens Phase III. This project has been meticulously designed to address the unique housing requirements of Nigeria’s military personnel.”
During the discussions, the Managing Director of PHDL, Major General J.D. Omari, warmly received Zedomi and his team, where both parties explored the project’s roadmap. Their dialogue focused on critical aspects such as infrastructure development, innovative architectural designs, and adopting sustainable building practices.
Zedomi expressed his admiration for PHDL’s commitment, saying, “The progress we’ve achieved so far demonstrates a clear dedication to delivering not just homes but a quality living environment that exceeds expectations for our armed forces and their loved ones.”
He added that the holistic design of Emotan Gardens Phase III aligns with modern housing standards, emphasizing infrastructure durability and military personnel’s comfort.
