This powerful declaration set the tone for the 2025 HerSynergy Tribe Summit, an event dedicated to helping young women gain career clarity, embrace new opportunities, and unlock their highest potential. Centered around the theme “Unleash Her Potential,” the summit served as a vibrant platform for learning, reflection, and authentic connection.
In her welcome address, Hillary Omitogun, founder of HerSynergy Tribe, emphasized that personal growth isn’t about becoming someone else, it’s about discovering and embodying one’s best self. “The best version of you is waiting for you to unleash her,” she said, encouraging attendees to lean into self-discovery.
HerSynergy Tribe, now a growing movement supporting women in tech across the EMEA region, began as a small initiative to help friends. Co-founder Tolu Ajibola shared heartfelt member testimonials from job wins to salary negotiations, highlighting the tangible impact of the community. “We’re more than just a network,” she emphasized. “We actively support one another through job searches, relationships, and mental health challenges.”
The keynote address, delivered by Adaeze Onwubuemeli, Head of Customer Success at Moniepoint Inc., inspired attendees to confront self-imposed limitations. “You can be scared and still take the next step,” she said, noting that real growth is often quiet, steady, and intentional.
The summit featured four focused panel sessions, each offering deep insights into different aspects of women’s empowerment.

This session explored the necessity of prioritizing self-worth and mental health. Panelists spoke about unlearning societal norms that push women to put others first, and instead, embracing authenticity and setting healthy boundaries.
Career Pivots & Finding Your North Star
Women from diverse industries shared stories of embracing change, taking risks, and redefining success. “Career paths aren’t always linear,” said Solabomi Oreagba, General Manager at Viathan. Opeyemi Oduwole, Head of Family Office and Private Clients at KPMG, added, “Your North Star is where passion meets value.”
Building Wealth & Financial Freedom
This practical session covered budgeting, saving, investing, and financial planning. Oyelade Eigbe of Vetiva Capital emphasized that financial empowerment doesn’t require massive income just a solid, values-aligned plan.
Building Thriving Businesses Beyond Tech
The final panel featured entrepreneurs from fashion, media, and lifestyle. Renike Olusanya of Bawsty, Fifunmi Osinubi of 21 Mag, and Bella Adeleke of Cokoon spoke on confidence, customer satisfaction, and creating sustainable business structures.
The summit ended with “The Fair Mother,” a mentorship initiative where women shared resources, access to paid courses, and offered guidance to uplift others in the community.
